Otherwise known as Gliese 370, this K5 star (in the constellation Vela, the Sail) at 36 light-years has a 3.6 earth-mass planet around it at 58.43 days. The paper, by Kaltenegger et al, suggests it "could be potentially habitable if the planet exhibits more than 50% cloud coverage"... I don't have a name for it presently...
